Anambra gov’ship: PPA fixes date for primaries

Ahead of the November 18 governorship election in Anambra State, the Progressive Peoples Alliance (PPA) has fixed July 22, 2017, for the conduct of primary election to pick its candidate.

The National Chairman of PPA, Comrade Peter Ameh, disclosed this yesterday in Abuja when a governorship aspirant of the party, Chief Ezeemo Godwin Chukwunenye, went to pick the nomination and expression of interest forms.

Ameh, who was optimistic of a bright fortune for the party, said the November 18 governorship election would not be the first election to be won by the party.
